原料:
內餡:菠蘿(去皮淨重1600克),冰糖150克,麥芽糖130克(炒好的餡420克左右)
外皮:黃油200克,糖粉32克,全蛋液40克,奶粉32克,低粉275克
做法:
1。 菠蘿去皮去釘眼洗淨後切開,去掉中間的硬芯月餅;
2。 果肉磨成細蓉,可以剁,可以用料理機,我用的擦子擦成很細的蓉;
3。 將菠蘿細蓉裝入紗布中;
4。 擠出菠蘿汁,擠得越幹越太陽餅好,共擠了三大杯菠蘿汁,實在是太好喝了;
5。 冰糖用料理機打成粉末,這樣比較好炒;
6。 將擰幹的果肉倒至鍋裏,加入冰糖粉;,
聯翔餅店 7。 開中小火將果肉炒軟, 至水份收幹後改小火;
8。 加入麥芽糖繼續翻炒;
9。 炒至顏色變深且呈粘稠 狀即可關火, 盛出放涼;
10。 分成15克一份揉圓;
11。 黃油室溫軟化到很軟後, 加糖粉;
12。 用電動打蛋器攪打至顔色變淺體積變大;
13。 將蛋液分2-3次加入, 每一次均攪打至完全吸收再加,直至完全吸收;
14。 篩入奶粉和低粉;
15。 用刮刀翻拌按壓至無幹粉, 用手輕輕按壓成團;
16。 裝入保鮮袋放入冰箱冷藏松弛30分鍾左右;
17。 面團松弛後, 分割每個20克, 略搓圓備用;
18。 取一個面團用手按壓成厚的圓片;
19。 放入鳳梨餡;
20。 收口後搓圓,使面皮厚度一致;
21。 放入長方形模具裏,模具四個角先用手指推壓到位後, 再用手掌按壓緊實, 翻面再用手掌按壓一次, 讓面皮推滿模四個角且表面平整, 不能漏餡。
22。 模具放入烤盤;
23。 放入已預熱180度烤箱中層, 烤20分鍾後取出翻面, 再烤5、6分鍾即可。

牆體拆除,一般工人只研究如何拆得輕松,拆得快,盡量少花點力氣,而不考慮牆內可能還有電線或水管這一細節。也許一錘子下去牆是砸開了,而牆內的水管可能也破了,造成滿屋是水的局面;如果砸到牆內的電線,斷路是小,就怕觸電台中室內設計傷人造成無法挽回的損失。所以在牆體(特別是廚房衛生間的牆)拆除以前一定要摸清水電路的走向,做好水路的封閉和電路的絕緣後再進行拆除。
在拆除高層房屋陽台鋼窗的時候,不但要注意保護自身安全,還要留心陽台外垂直地面是否有人和車這一細節,防止工具和物件從高層掉下有砸傷人和車的危險,從而減少不必要的麻煩室內設計和糾紛。
牆面及邊角修複
二手房裝修拆除工作完成後,牆面及邊角修複有一些細節值得注意:牆體拆除後留在牆內的鋼筋橫切面必須點上防修漆後才能做封閉找平處理。如果不做防鏽處理,日後鐵鏽會滲出牆面導至牆面泛黃現象;門窗套、吊頂、牆圍拆除後留在牆洞內的木楔子必須先掏空清理幹台中室內設計淨後再填補嵌縫材料。如果牆洞內的木楔子未清理徹底就補膩子找平,隨著室內溫度的高低,還有濟南春季的幹燥,最後會導至局部牆洞部分的膩子因膨脹和收縮出現凹凸不平。
